We are a small friendly Christian bookshop in a delightful East Anglia market town. We have a good range of up-to-date books for children (from picture books and puzzles to edgy teen fiction) and for adults. We have an excellent selection of Bibles, commentaries, biographies and devotional books. We supply Bible reading notes and can order any book you need with a quick turnaround.
We also sell Christian greetings cards, gifts, music CDs and DVDs. You'll find a warm welcome when you drop in for a cup of tea, coffee or cold drink.
There is free parking in the Market Square outside the shop. Our staff are all volunteers and involved in local churches...

Opened on Monday 19th August 2013, Angels Rest is a fundraising venture operated by Halifax Street Angels. The bookshop sells a range of Christian books and gifts and the café serves a selection of refreshments including hot and cold drinks and locally sourced food.

Previously trading as the Branchlines Christian Resource Centre, this shop joined the Wesley Owen group in November 2003. Following the collapse of Wesley Owen in 2009, it reopened as the flagship branch of Living Oasis in February 2010, but ceased trading shortly after Living Oasis entered insolvency in August 2011.

Living Oasis Harrow was one of a new chain of Christian retailers in the UK which commenced operations in 2010, taking over most of the former Wesley Owen bookshops. Sadly, the project collapsed when Nationwide Christian Trust, owners of Living Oasis, entered insolvency in August 2011.

We are a small Christian bookshop, which is part of the ministry of Emmanuel Christian Centre, Pembrokeshire.
Following 26 years of literature ministry in the county, which included a bookstall in Haverfordwest & Fishguard Markets along with a Bookroom in the Mission Headquarters, the Bookshop in its present location opened in 1982. Over the last 29 years God has richly blessed this ministry and continues to show his faithfulness to us on a daily basis. The shop is currently managed by Jane Jones who overseers a small team of volunteers who serve in this ministry on a regular basis.
